	Andrew Agencyfounder, CRM, CPCU Andrew is the president and founder of Plumtree Risk Services. He has been in the insurance industry for 24 years and established the agency in 1997. He is an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and an Associate in Loss Control Management (ALCM). He is licensed in six states for Commercial Insurance and in two states for Life and Health. He has taught insurance and has written a number of insurance articles for various publications. He proudly served as a Commander in the US Navy prior to joining the insurance business.
	Robert Broker, ARM Robert brings over 20 years of experience in property and casualty insurance and group employee benefits to his role as Vice President of Commercial Risk Management. Prior to joining Plumtree Risk Services, Robert had proven his dedication to providing superior client service as a senior account executive with another nationally recognized insurance brokerage firm. Robert is considered by many to be an unrivaled expert in the area of transportation industry risk management.
	Bailey Broker, ARM Bailey specializes in Commercial Insurance, holding licenses in both Wisconsin and Illinois. She joined the Plumree Risk Services in 2004, following successful careers in both sales and education. Bailey began her career in 1989, serving as a Customer Service Representative for State Farm Insurance Companies, in which she represented several agents and specialized in all lines of insurance. Her office is in Northern Illinois.
	Henry Agent Recently promoted for his innovative client service initiatives leveraging social media communications, Henry has been with Plumtree for the past six years. He is an expert in commercial risk management and brokerage services. Before coming to Plumtree, Henry worked for Chubb Insurance Company for 12 years as an actuary and an underwriter. Henry is a graduate of the Firemans Fund underwriters training program. Henry is licensed in Commercial Insurance, Life, Health, Long-term Care and Medicare Supplemental Insurance.
	Ann Accountspecialist Ann has been serving clients as an Account Specialist at Plumtree Risk Services for more than 10 years. Many of our clients consider her to be invaluable to their insurance programs. Ann is an expert in all areas of commercial risk management, especially regarding tough liability placements, where she is unrivaled in the midwest. Ann's experience and marketplace knowledge make here one of the firms' most valuable resources. We are pleased to see that our clients agree.
	Paul Producer For eleven years, Paul enjoyed working in the banking industry. In 1993, he made a career change and joined AIG, where he remained until January, 2003. Paul completed Safeco University's New Producer Program which prepared him for the Property and Casualty arena and has evolved into the Life Insurance Department Manager. Immediately upon leaving AIG he began his association with Plumtree Risk Services. Paul is licensed in Commercial Insurance, Life, Health, Long-term Care and Medicare Supplemental Insurance.
